Seller agent¶
pewter-node-agent (also installed as pewter-node) runs on the seller's machine. It pairs the machine with a listing, measures its GPUs, sends signed heartbeats, answers capacity proofs through the edge verifier, and runs buyers' jobs.
Requirements¶
- Node.js 22.18 or newer
- NVIDIA (
nvidia-smi) or AMD (amd-smi/rocm-smi) drivers, or a Mac with Apple silicon - Docker for container jobs on NVIDIA/AMD machines. On a Mac, run the agent natively — Docker cannot reach Apple GPUs.
Install¶
A published package or installer is coming soon. Today the agent runs from its source folder:
node src/cli.ts version
A Docker image definition exists in the source; a published image is not yet available.
